The HERC must plan and conduct at least one operations-based functional or full-scale MRSE in BP2. HERCs, their members, and other partners must conduct the MRSE to evaluate their ability to deliver appropriate care to patients during a medical surge. The exercise must include the utilization of EMResource, EMTrack, and WISCOM. The HERC must evaluate redundant communications during the annual MRSE exercise and report the outcome within the Exercise Reporting Tool.
